Welcome!   Here I share news on projects I'm involved with, and stories from the journey of building a global social enterprise, media organization, and leadership community.  I'm also excited to share with you inspiring people, organizations, companies, inventions, causes, media, music, and art. 

At Womensphere, we build ventures and collaborations dedicated to unleashing women's potential and advancing women's evolution as leaders, innovators, and creators. This year, I'm focused on building these:

• Womensphere Global Summit series and Womensphere Emerging Leaders Summit series, on the theme of CREATING THE FUTURE: EVOLUTION - in the United States, Europe, and Asia
• The Womensphere HEROINE MEDIA NETWORK - inspiring global leaders, emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs, innovators, and women in science and technology (STEM)
• Womensphere's educational programs for women - Womensphere Academy of CEOs (training the next generation women CEOs) and Womensphere Venture Investors Program (training the next generation of women investors in the venture capital and private equity spaces)

I'm a supporter of NASA, SETI, and organizations that explore the final frontiers of our understanding of the universe and of our place in the grand scheme of the cosmos.  Thus, for the background image of this site's header, I chose one of the stunning photos from NASA - an image of the sun rising in the Earth's horizon.

This image is an apt metaphor for everything I'm working on, and what we hope to accomplish... spreading light, enabling courage, inspiring illumination, and creating evolution and transformation in the world.
